Return authorization procedure

• Contact our customer service through +31 10 286 2000 or by e-mail and ask for an RMA code.

• Fill out the RMA form for a quick processing of your return. Do not forget to write down your RMA code.

• Make sure you pack your product thoroughly and only return complete products

• Return your shipment and make sure it is marked with the RMA code. Add enough value for the shipment's weight.

• Should a product fail at order and did you return it within 14 days we will refund the shipment costs.
